Dr Risk: COMS' last low was around 24 - this time around 28. Value-long term investors are picking up shares and holding them. Bottom line, low 30s is a nice safe place to buy as the NEXT COMS correction will land us at low 30s. Ever higher lows - perhaps less risky than buying a company like DELL with ever higher highs? If THEY miss a quarter - the shareholders will be shown the door. If we do see COMS at 25 this time - I'm going to really load up the truck like I wish I did the last time I was buying at 32 6 months ago.
