I have seen how Capitalism can be corrupted by greed (Madoff/Wall Street) if taken to the extreme,

Let's talk about what you think is "capitalism". Free market capitalism is self correcting. That isn't to say that you wouldn't see normal cyclical patterns, in fact, they are an indication of the self correcting nature of the free market. And it's not to say that dishonest people might try to rip people off. But it takes government involvement to facilitate the really big Madoff style ripoffs.

And who does Bernie Madoff support? DEMOCRATS!!!

Why do you suppose that Bernie Madoff supported DEMOCRATS? Do you think it is because he is an altruistic kinda guy and the democrats are looking out for the little guy? Is that what you think motivates Bernie Madoff?

I don't think so. I think that Bernie Madoff was a criminal who discovered that if he supported the democrats, they would support policies that allowed him to rip off more people.

Bernie Madoff is not an example of capitalism gone wild. He is an example everything that is wrong with the kleptocrat party.....errr, I mean democrat party.
