Actually, what they said was:

" . . . the related fiscal policy debate indicate that further near-term progress containing the growth in public spending, especially on entitlements, or on reaching an agreement on raising revenues is less likely than we previously assumed and will remain a contentious and fitful process."

Obviously, they'd love to have BOTH, but they specifically mentioned the "entitlement" problem -- that's the $60 Trillion that Al denies is a problem at all.

There are no "Bush Tax Cuts". They expired in December. You might not have noticed, but Bush hasn't been president in almost 3 years now.
