Ellen,<# of outstanding minus # of 144 = # in public float> Not according to Gary. According to him ( # of outstanding shares minus # of 144 minus # of common shares put into certificate form= public float).

Beyond that the restricted shares are already put into certificate form, so what I was saying is (# of common in cert. form+ # of 144 is what he is going to answer) You can guess then at the number of 144s by subtracting the count you have from the number he is going to give.

But you will have to reach 3.3, true the 144s, will be added in advance. I just can't get an answer to something that should be straight foward.

But call and ask directly about the 144s, he will not or can not answer.
