chartseer..."S&P proves it's self as racist by lowering credit rating under black president. It should have been lowered when Bush was in office. They didn't do it then because bush is white. This may be a hate crime.".... We know that is in jest but there are people out there who would actually believe this....has any legal President in US history ever done this much damage to America in so short a period of time?. I cant help thinking what is happening in USA is not a natural thing but a planned thing.
