my response from michelle binko from IR at psix, is that both parties agreed not to discuss price, the same thing they did when they purchased CalvaCom SA in France, no price is given.

although if today's stock action was a response to the purchase, it was percieved as a positive.

i continue to believe (hope) that psix is positioning themselves for a merger or major agreement, and this is one piece of the puzzle.
