KPMG handles CKSG accounting, I trust them. This company will
do $130 million this year. Great for an Agencey. The storm
will pass.

Gregor,

I have attempted to e-mail PettyBlu43@aol.com but I receive a message that the recipient is not acceptable to my SMTP server. I am hoping that he might read and respond to this message:

I am a CKS shareholder and have heard that you have indicated that a class action suit is being filed. Do you know the law firm that is filing it and where?

You indicated that CFO Babb was formerly with Advanced Graphics. Gina Bianchini (CKSG investor relations) tells me today this is not true (or she is unaware of it). A public company name search in Yahoo reveals no such company name. Is Advanced Graphics still in business under this name?

You indicate that percentage of completion accounting method is inappropriate for CKS. Why? Is it not used by any other ad agencies?
If % of completion does materially misstate earnings for an ad agency with quick turnaround, how do you think their auditor, KPMG, could drop the ball like this?

Regards,
SC
