I've been giving this some thought. Don't you think that if fraccing had anything to do with causing earthquakes, they would be doing this on an ongoing basis in CA to prevent the big one from coming by causing a lot of little ones to relieve the pressure? If there was any scientific evidence that fraccing was causing earthquakes, they would certainly make use of that knowledge to prevent a national disaster.
