...the right to be an ass. Rude is rude. But he probably thought he was omnipotent. Maybe there's another explanation. He's worked in government all his life retiring with full pay, plus. He's a greenie and hard core liberal. He spent $60,000 installing a roof full of solar panels that he hasn't been able to use for over a year because he can't get the city to approve the installation. You'd think he would have gotten the permit before he installed them. This is the bride.
