Shu-li, all I can say is that, as a small investor, in reading the posts over the last three months I've seen such verbal slug-fests and castigations that I would be suprised that this type of communication by a representative of the industry would be condoned by the authorities. I've never taken a series 6 or 7 test, but I have looked into the requirements, and it seemed to me that holders of the series 6 and 7 had a special fiduciary duty in regard to communications with investors. Use of innuendo and personal attacks such as I've seen here could hardly be based on attempting to maintain that special duty. And oh, you indicate his employers condon this behavior...I think not. That's why as I understand it he is only posts at lunch time or after duty hours. They, it seems have distanced themselves IMO.

No, I'm not sure what the authorities will really make of this, but I am sure it all will be evaluated. Is it worth the risk in your opinion, since he reportably has no position? If I were a series 6 or 7 holder, I wouldn't take the risk, no matter how much I wanted to help out the small investor (wink).
