She's terrific! We are a small (and I mean small) business and did a lot of hiring during the Bush admin. What did we get for it from the bureaucracy? We were required to be almost completely responsible for each employee. From L&I to SS and Medicare, to much larger insurance costs because we ( as a General Contractor) also had to be responsible for other contractor's employees. And of course now companies have Obamacare to deal with going forward.............a real deal breaker imo. There was way more paperwork, heavier costs for insurance, and of course more taxation. Because of govt interference, and onerous regulations, we will never hire another employee.
