It is a common tact, and quite possibly VVV#1. That, however, does not detract from the facts that 1. the conjecture has always been a conjecture, but never an invention, and 2. making you aware of things you are unaware of is not promotion. Your proof/assertion/counter-example/chicken-soup is still up in the air. What is an example of promotion? Answer: Your "tradeable citizenship" snake-oil. Why is it promotion? Answer: It is promotion because you never cease to peddle it. Is there some form of personal profit for you in the idea you peddle? We wait for you to explain how wealthy this will make you, and how it will cure your head-lice problems. :)
