I heard Dubai was down 5 to 6%, and so was the Israeli market. The Israeli opened with a delay to curb loses. Dubai bounced back to -3.69% I heard one talking head make a comment this morning that the decrease in the Tel Aviv stocks was NOT GOOD for us, since quite a few were also on our Nasdaq. canadianbusiness.com google.com
