Treasury buys bonds which Big Ben Quantitatively eases and lends to Goldman Sachs which gets the tarped money from the T bills or something like that. Big Ben issues money and it goes around in circles and they all declare themselves wealthy and the debts are solved and more loans by the $trillion become a good idea. Mqurice
