I doubt that the lawsuit has anything to do with the selloff. If there is a "reason" (other than technical, which I mentioned yesterday) is is because there were short-term traders/speculators holding for a Monday announcement of "partnerships". I think Sim's decision to be suspensful with us was wrong, but as others have mentioned, he may not have had a choice, as others may control the timing of the announcements. However, I think it's always best to announce at the beginning of a trade show, and leave the drama to to others. Anyway, a silver lining - we just covered a gap - better to get it over with now than later!
