Thanks Ted - You have made my point for me with your 1st 2 sentences.

1.Debt is acceptable at 62% or less
2. We are currently at 74% and heading higher

Thus debt is an issue now. Should we wait until it is like some of the Euro countries whose futures are being somewhat dictated to them by other countries that hold their debt?

Your argument that we are ok because we are not as bad off as Greece, Ireland, Italy etc is pretty poor logic.

So Ted on this issue I am not wrong.

Blessings

Neil

The US debt is a class in itself. It is not analogous to household debt. Neither does it share the same level of concern as the European debt. It is only our select citizens who are in the minority that are concerned. Concerned that t hey will lose their wealth and hence have embarked on protecting the rich for if they succeed in protecting the rich which is a level higher than theirs, can they be assured of protecting theirs.
