True enough about Saudi/Israeli markets dropping quite a bit on Saturday. Consider this though:

google.com

Apparently, this is the first day these markets have been open since the US market swooned, so it would seem like these two market bourses are just falling in line with what other markets around the world have done. It's not a harbinger of what our USA market will see on Monday. Jmo.

USA market could very well drop significantly tomorrow though of course. It's tough to not be afraid.

Note that the Saudi trading week is Saturday through Wednesday, so the drop in yesterday's session was catching up with the nearly 6% drop in the US markets on Thursday.

I've had a long absence from SI, but I'm glad to see that the thread regulars are still here...just starting to get caught up with PMs.
