By the way, I have decided heretoforth to address the president by a new moniker, one which is truly descriptive of his approach towards problem solving:

President OBLAMA

Oblame Bush
Oblame the rich
Oblame the republicans
Oblame the tea party
Oblame the corporate jet owners

Gastrodoc, what makes you think only correction instead of bear market. My bear market comments are based on the following:
1. Dow Theory Sell Signal - This reverses buy signal issued in 2009. It is not a short term signal. It is at least a medium term if not long term signal. During last years flash crash it still maintained a buy signal.

2. All indices breaking below 200 d MA support

3. Gaps at much lower levels - eg 905 for S&P

4. Long term H&S formation with possible long term loss of 75%

Your comments most welcome.
