The point about marketing isn't lost one me; however, you have to recognize that the industry is abuzz with complaints about the effectiveness of the latest Microsoft upgrades. Moreover, there isn't a day goes by that there isn't some significant news or another from this or that company. Just pick up a copy of, say, PC Week and you'll see what I mean. Marketing thin-client software that comes complete with rave industry revues shouldn't be that difficult; Java will soon reach a fever-pitch and Microsoft could soon look archaic and brittle, in other words, reality may sink in. Now, you have to decide whether to stick with Microsoft or whether or not the shift to Java is for real. This is the proverbial ground floor and the ships about to leave the dock; time is of the essense, the early bird catches the worm; make haste not waste... (there's a bunch more)
