Right now, the Dow futures are down but that may change by morning. Oil is down over $2.

This is an improvement over the Arab and Israeli market. The Israeli market was down 7%. The Nikkei opens in 5 minutes.

Japan's Nikkei Average futures down 1.6% on SGX
