Memad,<How long til shares dilute to 6 or 9 million???> the new shares from the merger, IMO, are not a factor. I think they will be 144 and tied up for a year or two. What is an absolute must is to get the company to tell us how many 144 shares there are, period.

Any shares issued in relation to the merger are to be restricted shares so there won't be dilution due to these for at least a year.
