Looking at the chart, the tech boom of the 90s collapsed with Worldcom and the usual suspects, then 9/11.

Bush decided in 2003 to cut taxes and turned things around.

Then the socialists gained power in 2007 and everything went to shit as it continues today....

Doesn't matter what curve you use.....they track each other so how come you choose to use the high number now. In 2003, sgs alternative number was about 14.5%...that would be W's number.
