Money supply : hasnt this decreased with the end of QE2? It will obviously take QE3 to increase it again.
Overvalued stocks: One way of valuing stocks is the dividend discount model which takes dividend (or a surrogate such as earnings or cash flow for nondividend payers) and divides by (discount rate minus dividend growth rate). A slowing economy will impact the dividend growth rate. Very slow or no growth results in overvaluation.
