the position size is only comparable to what i would wager on a stock, a good stock, as oppose to what i might bet on a currency, a fine currency.

gold = excess savings (up to 40 units)
platinum = surplus capital (up to 40 units)
silver = a super bet (up to 10 units)
palladium = good wager (say 1-2 units)
