Eugenics is an observation of a fact which is already in existence, not a proposal. You misunderstood [again - not surprising since that's the effect prejudice has]. There is an enormous, planet-wide eugenics process underway. It is highly successful, with umpty millions of males being sent to the scrap heap of history with their unworthy DNA. My conjecture is that The Flynn Effect results in part from that eugenics process, but there are other factors too. China has accelerated that eugenics process by eliminating hordes of females [as foetuses] causing about a 10% or 15% surplus of males which means something like quarter of males are going to be rejects. That's a very rapid eugenics process for quality improvement. Average intelligence in China should zoom over the next 40 years as the new, carefully genetically selected generation grows up. Mqurice
