Hi SLP, yes they issue stock, but call in the MOOV stock..it's .75 VUPDA for each MOOV..in that respect it does not dilute VUPDA stock..in fact it enhances it..if they can get it at MOOV's price today..they may just buy as much as they can..in fact I think they are accumulating it now..slowly selling what they can of VUPDA with out killing the price..and picking up what they can of MOOV.. without causing it to spike. Even if it was a 1 to 1 swap..they pick up more assets than they give..as MOOV has more book value per share than VUPDA ------------------------- The way I see it you only dilute shares when you issue stock to raise cash, or say you give employess large insentive programs.. ( such as assend did ) using shares to buy a company that has better book value per share than you have is like getting a free lunch. ----------------------------- The MOOV share holders are getting the short end of this stick, that is the ones who bought moov some 6 mo or more back.. the CEO will get a seat on VUPDA's board..and a nice bonus, ------------------------------- I'v loaded up with MOOV myself..it was up 1/4 today..thats a 20% jump, closed at 1-1/2..the last I bought was 1-3/8.. bought all I could afford..7,100 shares..already had 3,300 but paid 1-7/8 for them..so I'm averaged in at 1.53..with 10400 shares, I'm thinking I may sell half at 1-3/4..or even 1-5/8 as I'm invested a little to heavy in this one stock for my comfort. However I see it over 2 by early next year, and may just hold or wait for the take over..as I see VUPDA going up after the deal is final..and that would give me 7,800 VUPDA tickets. AS long as VUPDA don't go below 2.5 I'll be happy to hold my MOOV. If Vupda drops below that I'll likly dump out of MOOV all at once. So far I'm only down $312 plus commisions..about 5 trades at $12 heck another 1/16 up and I'll be ahead. Jim ---------------------
