I wonder why now?....Hmmmmmm....I wonder if there will be some "stuff" coming that Solly wants to be able to comment on as one who follows Identix.

Price targets are wrong, of course....but other than that, this is a good deal......

As a former large Salomon client, and former trader with Solly's new owner Smith Barney, I can tell you that their 'analyst' Marc Usem is really a virtual analyst, whose real name is Mesucram. Using a proprietary algorithm, he has correctly forecast 9 of the last 7 winners in computer security products.

Stock may trade to the strike price.....of 12.5, not 10.
