i think they had Romer on Nitrous Oxide for an hour before appearing on Bloomberg TV. She had a perpetual grin and "i am so happy!" voice tone and bouncy "happy cheeks", and as she said it is 'ridiculous to think we have a crisis i mean look at the treasuries THAT proves it' she seemed on the verge of laughing hysterically---yup tanked to the gills on booze or Nitrous Oxide , got to be(VBG:)---i mean she breaks all records FOR "Don't worry Be Hap--Hap--Happy--burp--be very Happy".
