Wouldn't it be hilariously ironic for round 3 of stimulus that the poor get the stimulus and the rich get screwed? The Fed refrains from QE3. The government intentionally crafts a 1 trillion dollar stimulus giving $10K to everyone making less than $50K. The credit rating for the US gets cut immediately, thereby throwing the markets into the toilet.
