Wish I was as optimistic as you. I'm more in the bill maher camp. Americans are stupid. I heard then tell me how a saul alinsky disciple community organizer tied to the daley dumasarat chicago political machine was more qualified to be president than a housewife who was unhappy with her childs school and ran for the school board. After getting elected to the school board she found out the problems came from the city administration so she ran for mayor. After being elected mayor she came to realize that the problems actually existed because of the state government so she took on the established repulsive party and ran for governor. Against the wishes of the established repulsives she was elected governor. Now they the dumb Americans told me and still tell jme this person wasn't and isn't qualified to be a vice presidntial candidate.. Mean while now everyone is upset that the counrty is being destoyed by these alinkyites they elected. I knew this guy wasn't qualified to be president the day he said "Americans aren't afraid of losing their job to someone who doesn't look like them. They are afraid of their jobs being sent over seas for nothing more than a mere profit." a mere profit rolled of his lips like some thing so distasteful he even hated to say the words.
