Jim and everyone else,

A couple of weeks ago , someone mentioned hat he would visit CYI in the beginning of November. He also mentioned something about talking to the CEO of CFO to get some explicit answers to some of the questions in this thread.

What happened in the mean time ?

Bullseye!

I sure hope so too ; Even though most efforts point to a diplomatic agreement at this moment, I can't help myself thinking that the US will intervene. (it only takes a spark to set the thing on fire)

Why else would the continue to deploy military forces in the Gulf region , even _after_ hearing that an agreement is in the make to end this confrontation peacefully ?

A Reuters Newsflash from a day or two ago mentioned that according to
an old (but still effective) UN resolution, the US can use military
force *unilateraly* whenever they see fit.

I totally agree ..
