He already said that. Why would he say it again?

"The Company produced a large quantity of documents, and cooperated with the Enforcement staff, with regard to the investigation preceding the Wells Notice."

As you may know a Wells Notice is issued when an "Investigation is substantially over". Those are the SEC's words being quoted. So there is little left to cooperate on until the SEC commission decides what, if any, action it is going to take.

Why has there been no comment on the formal SEC investigation and Wells Notice? I think it would put investors at ease for the CEO to go on record saying he is fully cooperating, etc...

And why would RockTenn sign an agreement with a CEO who might well be charged by the SEC with fraud?
