No, but it's something all Directors and Officers were given. All have the same expiration date. According to the listing posted under Security Ownership of Management (page 18 in the proxy bulletin), this warrant is all he has, which says to me that he owns 0 shares. Don't you think that the fact that a board chairman owns 0 shares is a huge red flag?

According to page 66 of the June 23 prospectus, on Jan 13, 2010, Smith received a warrant to purchase up to 650,000 sh at $1.51. 162,500 vested immediately and the remainder vesting in 3 equal annual installments.
