The reason I think it will change the sp, is that the 8K would only be read by those who already have an interest in JBI.

The two PR's go out to a much larger audience, including those who are interested in RKT.

Today's volume should relieve any doubt you may have about this being a pump-and-dump. If the news is so grand and future so bright why are so many people selling their stock? Who has this many to sell?
