Z-M-L:

thanks for a very reasoned response. Unfortunately I have a lot of gambler in me. However,
I am really digesting your advice. Hmmmm.... Impatience is not the best attribute in this game.
Well, perhaps I will re-enter today but exit upon a reasonable bounce, then await the
stable bottom, then re-enter for the longer term.

<Bottoms first have a price low with a coincident momentum low, then a sizable bounce, followed by a lower price on higher momentum. That's the low to buy.>

August 9th low was the Momentum low with high volume. We are now working on the retest-or-lower low which currently has higher momentum with lower volume.

Unfortunately there a number of targets for this higher momentum/lower volume low. The wave structure since the 1208 high has nice symmetry and allows for a truncated Wave-v around 1112. Then of course the retest of the 1101 low, followed by a low at 1088 which is the 78.6% retrace. Might go to the SPX 78.6% retrace while the DJIA hits its 75% retrace at 10429.

Going to be a very interesting couple of days.
