Elmer, you are very optimistic. Don't you think that it is in PC manufacture's best interests to have at least two CPU suppliers IF POSSIBLE? IMHO, it is intel's duty to make it impossible for PC manufactures to have alternatives. Like using something called slot I or II and cutting the price so low that PC manufactures will have difficulty to choose the alternative and AMD will not make a dime on K6.

By the way, how can you so sure AMD will not solve production problems next month? The competition will quick gain on you if you show a slightly hint of mercy or complacent. "Only the paranoid survive"
