I do know that unemployment in the Caribbean/other immigrant neighborhoods where the rioting is occurring is three or more times higher than it is for the rest of the English. And when PM Cameron cut back gov't services, they felt it the worst. So if you can't get a job and you don't know how you will support yourself or your family, despair and desperation can overtake you pretty quickly. Yes, Ted, the yawn was not at you.
