are you not seeing some buying? it's not showing up in the size on the bid, but somebody is picking up large blocks at the ask. I'm not sure if i'm reading it right, but it seems to be a buyer out there.

Hi Robert,

After checking the IPM chart last night and looking at the market and the sample "public" sentiment here, we may be at or near the capitulation point. The price of IPM broke so badly and on such volume, that a significant basing period may be needed, I'm afraid. What do you think?
