Andrew,

They have 9.2 million shares FD and 3.2 million shares in the float.
I do not know what company they are about to acquire as that is inside
knowledge but they are doing this through a loan from a bank in London. There are sevral people watching on the sidelines to see how
this acquisition develops. I understand a large group of doctors are
interested is this company as they have seen a model and demonstration
of AVAL's kiosk that checks blood pressure and body fat. There are two
promoters working with AVAL as well to create a larger audience and of
course myself as I liked the business plan of AVAL and am talking about it on this thread. This stock needs a bigger audience from smaller investors like most of us here and this is nice accumulation
time before any significant events change the asset levels of this
company through their agressive aquisition plans. THis is just the first of many acquisitions that AVAL has planned for the next year or
so as they intend to build a 100 million dollar company over the next
3 to 5 years. As a matter of fact they gentleman that just came on board as their new CFO has excellent credentials and would not have
got involved with AVAL unless he had great confidence in management and their business plan. As I have said here before if this acquisition doesn't go through it isn't the end of the world as they
will find another lender for this deal along with many others down the
road. Andrew I do want you to talk to Bernard and get more details on
AVAL and do your own dd. I have met Bernard personally and have a good
feeling about him and AVAL.
