I've been trying to find JV deals that have been done elsewhere in order to get a better grip of just what BCMD could get. Pure speculation I know, but this may help. If you have access, and I am sure you have, try to find Teryl Resources Corp.(VSE:TRC) being traded on Vancouver Stock Exchange. They did a JV deal with Placer Dome. Actually, you can find it in Placer Dome's news(PDG). No 35 million or better there, but the area is BETWEEN significant finds. Would like to find a company with similar circumstances as BCMD. I keep trying to find more on Placer's deal with a Canuc Resources(CANC). They had estimated 5.7 million ounces back in July, and have about 40 million shares outstanding. Miller
