Al, > Why do you not have the same words for congress itself ten? Technically this is all Congress' fault, since this is a function of the legislature, not the executive. But since we all know that Congress can't even agree on what to have for lunch, someone has to go in and actively reconcile the two sides. Doesn't seem like Biden is doing such a great job. Plus I'd like to see a little more sense of urgency behind Obama's words. Not just say that things are urgent. I'm already used to his platitudes. After all, it's Obama's legacy at stake here.
