Riots that have destruction of property seldom work out well. Agreed but in LA, they tried to get to Beverly Hills. They did make it to Hollywood, Los Feliz and the Valley. That was LA's wake up call. For decades, there were no supermarkets in South Central and Watts. Guess what? There are lots now.......well maybe not lots but there a lot more than none. And there is a lot more construction of new housing, small shopping centers and infrastructure improvements. You want the poor people to be happy......you better give them more than the table scraps from your kitchen.
