If true, this would be enough to start a riot. guardian.co.uk After my "pubs will not close" blunder, I will personally check on some information. I have family living in London... brothers, sisters, and extended family. Generally speaking though, the fastest way to start a riot in London would be to (a) close the pubs or (b) have the police shoot another unarmed person. So will be back in a few hours on that update.
