<<MEMC Electronic Materials Inc.'s (WFR, $5.93, +$0.95, +19.08%) shares rose after four executives, including the company's chief executive officer and chief financial officer, reported a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that they bought more than $500,000 worth of shares. >>
