I believe I have a clear understanding of what you said -g- I just got off the phone with a long conversation with my younger brother, who does live in London. The riot incidents are bad, really bad in some cases, but are isolated incidents. For example, the area where he lives now looks exactly the same, same cultural cross section, same everything where the riots are occurring but there isn't a whisper of any riot. The people there are not motivated to riot as far as can be known. He said the riots are irritating. Interesting he should say something like that, I had to laugh, we lived in slums in London during the 70's that are now worth millions, and the skyline in London would not look that same if we hadn't been there. When you go up the property ladder I suppose your view changes -g- Looking out of his widow though, now, that has a huge panoramic view of South London, not a fire to be seen. So this is a focused minority with limited resources who are stirring things up to see if a wildfire can get going. Yes, different towns and cities but still a small focused minority and isolated incidents. In one place a riot, in another place, almost the same in all respects .. no riot at all, or hint of one. Weird, one has to restrain coming to the agent provocateur conspiracy line of thought. It's probably going to fail, no matter how much the idiots in the media try and fan it. The police will isolate where the problem is, work on it, and clean it up. The police can be efficient at what they do. If it turns out to be just another mystery I am going to be suspicious.
