Hi Klaser! Flying back to Angola Sunday. Doctor told me I am ok to return to work. Told me to check in 30 days again to see if all is OK.

Thanks all for crossing the fingers for me.

Drop in sales. Owners of used units start giving discounts

SAO PAULO - The drop in sales of property used in Sao Paulo, calculated in June by Creci-SP (Regional Council of Realtors State of São Paulo), now makes that those who look for a house or apartment to buy in the state capital to find significant discounts.

According to the chairman of the SP-Creci Jose Augusto Viana, the situation has caused homeowners to stay more conducive to trading, giving discounts of up to 6% in the original sale. In new buildings, however, discounting is ruled out, due to the business process that involves multiple agents. Prices Still according to the research Creci-SP, house prices in Sao Paulo showed 2.3% reduction between May and June. However, alert Viana, this fall can not be considered a trend. "The market is still growing, what we see going forward is a decrease in the rate of increase in house prices."
