Appreciate your comments. What I like about your trading system is that it clearly is profitable and it is easily followed for the most part. I also like a disciplined approach to the markets. I used to trade multiple markets but over the past couple of years my primary trading has been in the stock indexes. I have longer term positions in the precious metals which I have held for several months though I do hedge from time to time. I fully expect that we will have another leg down though we may not head lower than the the bottom we saw in the night session. I base this on what typically happens after the type of decline we just experienced. The downward momentum was so marked that a reversal such as we saw today is likely temporary. Another decline to the 1075 level and possibly a little lower would likely create some positive divergences and a rally from that point would be more sustainable. The other thing that was missing with this decline was that I did not see the kind of panic and capitulation one associates with a good bottom. This really argues for us heading quite a bit lower than what we have seen to this point. But these are all personal opinions and are purely subjective. A system like yours will provide an objective criteria to go long the market. I shall now go back to lurking ......... as I have done for months. Thanks again, for providing these signals to us.
