This is just an impossible situation. I (and others) have been criticized here and elsewhere for referring to SS as a ponzi scheme; yet, the fact that these statistics even EXIST is implicit confirmation of that status.

And like all ponzi schemes, this one is destined for failure.

I'm not sure, were I in charge of the federal government, that I would be encouraging birth control. They're gonna need all the babies they can get.
