Don't ya just love it!
People appear, don't read ALL the posts, never think to call the company, want instant gratification, pose questions already discussed, and then don't understand why long time investors get miffed. Probably 90% of the people here on SI NEVER pick up the phone to do DD. If you're hesitant about a stock, then go buy another one you're comfortable with. MIDL is NOT a momentum play.PERIOD!!!JMO.

YOU ARE DEAD WRONG GABARD -- LET ME SHOW YOU...

#1 You say:
-----------
Wrong I and most everyone else read the 8K and the float is 1.2
Million period. Insider shares are insider shares. The increase is
to domore acquistion. EVEN if you add the full dilution of 50M and do
the math with the revenues you still get $24.00 a share.
ex. $120M / 50M = 2.4 x 10 = $24.00.

#1 I say:
------------
You just don't understand revenues do you? They are the dollars a
company takes in via sales, then you subtract expenses. What's left
over is net income which you divide by 50,000,000 and finally multiply
that by 10. You don't multiply revenues by 10. My God. Stop
misleading people.

Further, I NEVER said the float was anything other than 1.2 million.
I was stating that the total number of shares outstanding -- whether
held by insiders or your grandmother, restricted or not -- is MORE
important than the 1.2 million float. The 1.2 million float
determines the public tradeability of the stock. Low floats mean a stock might rise or fall more rapidly, but it doesn't mean a stock is
WORTH more.

So, to restate my point, you keep pointing out the REVENUES. I am
merely balancing the REVENUES against the ESCALATING number of shares.

#2 You say:
-----------
The acquisitions are already profitable in 1997. LOL These are up and running private companies.

#2 I say:
----------
There is absolutely nothing in any document released by the company
which reveals any profits whatsoever. To the contrary, the 8-K
states that New Departure is a start up company.

It would be illegal for the company to tell you the results of the audits over the phone.

#3 You say:
-----------
I asked the name of the restaurant, and you replied:
"DRC is it's name READ THE DANG NEWS."

#3 I say:
---------
If you read the dang news, it only gives the name of the company
which owns the restaurant. I don't think "DRC Incorporated" is a
very good restaurant name. Doesn't sound too tasty.

#4 You say:
-----------
As far as going from 1 to 16 location.. I can name you plenty of increase location by companies that would at a mere 16. Boston Market opened around 300 in one year.

#4 I say:
---------
Boston Market didn't go from 1 location to 300 in the same year.
The press release indicates the company would hope to achieve $10M
in revenues from its expansion to 16 locations. This is why I
question its ability to expand so rapidly. Things just don't move
that rapidly.

#5 You say:
-----------
The 50,000,000 shares is "OLD NEWS and was discussed when it happened
6 weeks ago. Geez Riley do some research."

#5 I say:
---------
It might be old news, but it has NOT been explored on this thread
to date. I couldn't begin to count the number of times however that
you've repeated the 1.2 million figure. Now THAT'S OLD NEWS!!!

I have never said this company is or is not worth 50 cents a share.
What I am trying to do is balance the reporting. This thread is all
hype. There is little serious discussion.

And just because I'm not jumping up and down with poms poms like the
rest of you cheerleading pack of baboons, doesn't mean I'm not a
sucessful penny stock investor. I bet NONE of you made $78,720
yesterday. I can easily hold my own against a pack of baboons.
