A very, very bad number. Very surprising and very bad. %bulls went up by 1%, bears down. I was hoping for a drop of 5% or more in the bulls. Amazing. Oh, well, it will be an October bottom. Or rather, it will be bottoming until mid October. Maybe the lows are in already. But, probably not. Can't get %bears > %bulls, which is what we'll have when this bottoms, without some more downside. I don't think just volatility and the passage of a few months will do it by itself. Darn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
